TREE
stands for Transfer
Renewable Energy &
Efficiency and is being
undertaken by the
Renewables Academy (RENAC)
as part of the climate
protection initiative of the
German Federal Ministry for
the Environment, Nature
Conservation and Nuclear
Safety (BMU). TREE aims to
facilitate the transfer of
know-how on renewable
energies and energy
efficiency for decision
makers from government
ministries, administrators
and the private sector, and
for engineers already
working in the field of
solar technology, or for
those who are seeking to
work in the field.
TREE is a scholarship-based
program. The scholarship
includes travel expenses,
seminar costs, accommodation
and a contribution to daily
expenses.
